Please be advised that the semi -annual window cleaning of the exterior inaccessible windows of the Building (i.e. those which are not accessible to the Residents) has been scheduled to commence on:

Monday April 15th, 2013

(Between the hours of 8:00am & 6:00pm)

Please ensure for your privacy that all window blinds and drapes are closed on these dates.

Kindly note that windows accessible from balconies are the Unit Owner’s responsibility.

Please also be advised that the power washing of the garage floors will take place on

 

The Commercial P1 and P2 level will be cleaned on

Tuesday April 9th, 2013.

 

The P3 and P4 level will be cleaned on

Wednesday April 10th, 2013

 

The company Aragon Cleaning will be starting at 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for both days.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the resident to move their vehicle out of the garage before 8:00 a.m. on the above noted dates.

Please be advised that we will be starting the spring fan coil maintenance program on

 

Monday April 1st, 2013

Between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm Until Complete

 

Entry to the suites will be required and we will be sending individual notices to residents advising of the exact date(s) that we will require access to your suite.

Reminder: This service is being provided to reduce individual suite owner’s costs and to ensure that all units are serviced which may eliminate possible leaking and water damage to other suites.  The condominium corporation does not assume responsibility for this equipment.  This service is only a preventative maintenance measure.
